We have recently decided to establish a Grievance Mechanism (commonly referred to as a "complaint handling mechanism") as part of our efforts to protect the rights of foreign workers. At Global Eye, this mechanism is set up solely as a “report and consultation channel for workers.”
Through this mechanism, we will handle reports and consultations regarding all forms of unfair treatment, not only issues involving physical or mental harm such as harassment or violence, but also non-fulfillment of promised working conditions. In addressing issues, we collaborate with local human rights monitoring organizations in the sending countries, with local interpreters, while fully protecting personal information. Anonymous consultations are also accepted.
